PACT is an engineering company specializing in turnkey EPC industrial wastewater (WWT) & water solutions including custom design, manufacturing, contracting, commissioning and third party operation & maintenance; and supply of ballast water management system products (BWTS). A great majority of PACT clients are global / Fortune 500 companies, leaders in their industry.


PACT turnkey WWT solutions are the result of years of interaction between PACT engineers, end-users and contractors. PACT projects custom built to suit the individual application and the local conditions. A great majority of PACT clients are global / Fortune 500 companies, leaders in their industry.


PACT engineers have a broad range of expertise in physical, chemical, biological and membrane processes for water and wastewater treatment. In every discipline, PACT provides numerous process choices to solve complex treatment problems effectively and economically.


Besides, PACT also produces our own self developed ballast water management system products in its own manufacturing facility for shipowners, shipbuilders, shipyards and port harbors, which can comply with the International Maritime Organization regulation and standard. ( i.e. IMO D2- G8 standard has been effective since September 8, 2017. ) Currently, PACT has received several type approval certificates from different classification societies, such as Lloyds, RINA, CCS, and Cook Islands, etc, in order to fulfill different class technical requirement. Thus, PACT has further completed our R&D for port BWT solutions, and has derived and launched our new application for port harbors starting from year 2020.
